Privacy Policy — review draft
Last updated: October 21, 2026 — not published · Placeholder text — to be reviewed by legal counsel before launch.
Draft status
This privacy policy draft is under review and has not replaced the published privacy policy.
1. Information we collect
Contact details (name, email, phone), service address, home and water details you provide, appointment preferences, and photos you upload for plumbing review.
2. Payment information
The reservation flow does not collect or store a card, require a deposit, or authorize an automatic charge. Payment is requested separately through a secure Stripe link after installation. Stripe handles payment details on its payment page; TenXAqua does not receive full card numbers.
3. How we use information
To confirm service availability, schedule and perform installations, process payments, provide support, and send service-related communications. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run our business (e.g., CRM, scheduling, payment processing, installers) and when required by law.
5. Communications
Service communications relate to your request. Email marketing requires a separate optional choice; accepting installation terms or an analytics preference does not subscribe you to marketing. No automated marketing subscription is created by this preview.
6. Security and retention
We use encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections and reasonable safeguards. We retain information as long as needed to provide service, honor warranties, and meet legal obligations.
Optional Google Analytics — review preview
The proposed pilot is Google Analytics 4 page views only on /blog, /blog/ and /blog/water-filter-vs-softener-central-florida. Both vendor release gates remain disabled. Even an accepted preference does not enable collection until the GA4 release gate is approved. The published site is unchanged.
A new, explicit opt-in is required; earlier combined analytics preferences are not reused. When enabled, Google receives technical usage information such as browser and device information and the public blog page viewed. Page locations exclude query strings and fragments, and the manually sent page view has an empty referrer. Checkout, forms, unsafe referring pages and URLs with query parameters or fragments are excluded. Advertising storage, Google Signals and ad personalization are denied or disabled; no user ID, form, lead or purchase event is configured. There is no duplicate Tag Manager loader.
Privacy choices stores your choice in your browser. Rejecting prevents vendor loaders. Withdrawal persists refusal, stops tracking and reloads the document; previously collected data may already have been sent. This choice is separate from email marketing and installation terms. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies when enabled after consent.
Microsoft Clarity session recording remains disabled behind its own release gate. Accepting Google Analytics does not grant Clarity consent. A future Clarity pilot requires separate review and a separate consent interface. Strict masking and default Cookies Off are configured in Clarity, but those settings do not themselves activate collection.
