Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern the purchase and installation of physical water treatment equipment from TenXGarages LLC dba TenXAqua ("TenXAqua", "we"). By booking an installation you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and installation

The TenXAqua Complete package includes a whole-home filtration tank, a water softener, a reverse-osmosis drinking water system, and standard professional installation with standard fittings.

Non-standard plumbing conditions, code upgrades, relocations, or additional materials may require review, written approval, and additional cost before work begins.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. A card on file is required to secure an appointment. Payment is collected on installation day or after installation is completed. Card data is processed securely by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.

4. Customer responsibilities

You confirm you own the property or have authorization to install equipment, and that you will provide safe access to the installation area, water shut-off, and a nearby drain and electrical outlet where required.

5. Warranty

Equipment is covered by the applicable manufacturer warranty. Workmanship is covered for the period stated on your invoice. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, freezing, unauthorized modifications, or untreated/non-potable water sources.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TenXAqua's liability is limited to the amount paid for the products and services giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
