City labels describe location only and don't identify a water utility. Service coverage is not a guarantee of installation availability.
What a ZIP can — and can't — tell you
Real sources beat guesses.
Utility reports (CCRs)
Public water systems publish yearly reports on what they measured across the system for a reporting period. Useful context — but not a test of your home's tap, and not a real-time warning.
Private wells
Well water isn't covered by utility reports. Owners test their own wells; Florida's health department explains how.
Hardness & treatment
Hardness comes from dissolved minerals like calcium and magnesium. Softening, filtration and reverse osmosis each address different things; results depend on your incoming water and maintenance.

Questions
Straight answers.
Why don't you show a water score for my ZIP?
Because a ZIP can't tell us what comes out of your tap. Utility boundaries don't follow ZIP lines, and homes differ. We point you to official sources instead of inventing numbers.
Does being in a served ZIP guarantee installation?
No. Coverage means the ZIP is eligible for service. Final installation scope and scheduling are subject to confirmation.
My ZIP isn't listed. What now?
We currently serve only the 55 ZIP codes shown in the directory.
I'm on a private well. Can TenXAqua help?
Our equipment is designed for municipally treated (potable) water, and we can't guarantee it fits a private well. Florida's Department of Health recommends at least annual bacteria and nitrate testing by a certified laboratory. Get appropriate lab testing and qualified guidance before choosing any treatment.
